Zeltabenteuer am See in Lappland (1)

Sweden-935 93 Norsjö
Craving an unforgettable adventure amidst nature? Right by the lake, surrounded by birch and pine trees, our two heated, typically Nordic Tentipi tents await you, boasting exclusive amenities. 👌🏻 (The price refers to the entire accommodation and NOT per person) A double bed crafted from birch logs and comfortable mattresses, topped with large reindeer hides, create a special ambiance and provide high-quality protection from the cold. A wood-burning stove with a glass insert keeps your tent cozy and warm during the day, lending unforgettable, beautiful, and relaxing moments to your glamping experience, alongside subtle fairy lights. A diesel heater reliably supplies your tent with constant warmth overnight, allowing you to sleep soundly (even in deep sub-zero temperatures in winter). Whether summer or winter, our tents guarantee a truly special highlight that you won't forget, no matter the season. Here, you can experience true outdoor feeling despite high comfort. Prepare all your meals with outdoor cooking directly at the rustic, natural fireplace in front of the tent, or comfortably in our BBQ hut. Both are possible with us. Let us whisk you away to another world and immerse yourself in the minimalist, rugged, yet gentle beauty of Swedish Lapland.

Our camp is nestled in the small, now sparsely populated village of Mensträsk, a place with an impressive, almost forgotten Guinness Book of Records history. Until 2018, thousands of tourists flocked to this area annually, drawn by what was once the world's longest passenger cable car. Spanning nearly 14 km, it glided from Örträsk to Mensträsk, offering unparalleled views of the wilderness. The old station and masts still stand today, a poignant reminder of those special times. Mensträsket Lake, stretching almost 10 km, boasts numerous small and large islands, perfect for exploring by boat or kayak in summer, or on foot, snowmobile, sled, or skis in winter. Beyond that, you'll find many cultural institutions, magnificent nature reserves, and exciting excursion possibilities nearby. We've even prepared a small guide with more detailed information, available in our BBQ hut.
