The tipi is nestled in a meadow, right next to a fire pit, a stone table with benches, and a fountain with fresh drinking water. Wir pachten den überschaubaren Hof Schmeli bei Brig und freuen uns Gäste auf unserem Hof zu empfangen. Milchviehhaltung sowie Milchverarbeitung umfassen das Kerngeschäft des Betriebs, welcher mit der Bio-Knospe und dem KAG-Freiland Label ausgezeichnet ist. Wir verarbeiten die Milch auf dem Hof zu verschiedenen Käsesorten in der eigenen Sennerei. Da wir auch auf den Markt fahren, produzieren wir noch viele weiter Produkte wie Brot, Zopf, Sirups, Konfis ect.
