Nestled between forest and lake, amidst lush green meadows, you'll discover Schwanennest (Swan's Nest). Enjoy complete PRIVACY here – you won't share this special place with anyone else. The cozy double bed is located inside the cabin, which also features a comfortable seating area and a wood-burning stove. There's even space in the garden to pitch a tent for your children. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a two-burner stove, is situated on the veranda with seating. This area can be closed off to protect against wind and rain! We provide fresh drinking water in canisters. Outdoors, you'll also find a covered washing area with a camping shower and a dry composting toilet. Keep your food and drinks cool in the well-cooler. You can dispose of your waste in the provided bins. The garden is equipped with a beach chair, a large stone table and benches, a campfire pit, and a barbecue. It's also completely fenced, making it ideal for holidays with your dog. Two large trees provide welcome shade. The Lahn hiking trail passes nearby, and canoeing, paddling, and SUP are permitted on the lake (swimming is not). A charming restaurant with an outdoor terrace and an e-bike charging station is also located on the lakeshore. A flat circular path leads around the lake, making this an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. Schwanennest is also available for booking in winter.
