This cozy mini-cabin is a treasure in every season! Wonderfully secluded yet easily accessible, it's a pleasant 30-minute walk (1.5 km) from the village along a quiet road and gravel path. Enjoy breathtaking views of the upper Lake Como and the majestic mountain scenery. The village offers a pizzeria/restaurant/bar, a charming general store, and a small weekly market.

Many elements of the cabin's interior design were created in collaboration with sculptor, artist, and carpenter Jörg Großhaus [https://www.joerggrosshaus.de/], often recycling existing furniture and objects to give them new life.

For cozy winter evenings, a wood-burning stove is at your disposal (this is the registered fireplace).

Kitchen-diner: Gas stove, wood-burning oven, table and chairs, couch, crockery, pots, pans, Italian 'Moka' coffee maker.
Sleeping gallery with 2 mattresses: 1 x 1.20 m and 1 x 0.80 m.

- Composting toilet by Trobolo and shower area on the ground floor (former goat shed).
- Water is available outside the cabin at the well.
This cabin has NO ELECTRICITY! But there are 2 lamps that you can charge with a power bank (please bring your own).
- The stairs to the sleeping gallery are steep and have no railing!

You'll need to provide your own firewood. You're welcome to collect deadwood from the surrounding forest (you'll receive a description). A saw and an axe are provided. Chainsaws are not permitted! A flat fee per night will be charged for the wood.

In the charming mountain village (just 1.5 km away), you'll find a delightful small general store and a lively pizzeria that doubles as a bar and restaurant.

Being nestled in nature yet conveniently close to civilization opens up a world of possibilities: mountain hikes, lake excursions (on or by the water), experiencing authentic Italian village life, and even city trips to Como or Milan.

Die gemütliche Mini-Hütte ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Schatz. Sie liegt so wunderbar abseits der Straße  und ist doch gut zu erreichen - zu Fuß über eine wenig befahrene Straße und Schotterstraße in ca. 30 min. (es sind 1,5 km) - mit Blick auf den oberen Teil des Comer Sees und die imposante Bergkulisse. Vom Dorf aus sind 120 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen.
