Perched above the village of Elm at 1080m (3543ft) above sea level, you'll discover this wonderful spot. It boasts unparalleled views of the mountains, the Martinsloch, and the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona.
We'd be delighted to transform our garden in front of the holiday home into your personal camp, sharing this unique piece of earth with you.
Your only neighbors will be cows, goats, alpacas, deer, foxes, and us (when we're around). Here, you'll experience pure mountain tranquility! You might occasionally hear cowbells and church bells, or perhaps a chainsaw, a helicopter, or a hay blower from agricultural work. Just the sounds of a lively mountain village that's far from a museum.
Speaking of museums! Here, you'll find:
- A UNESCO Visitor Center
- A Slate Board Factory
- The Sernftalbahn Museum
- The Landesplattenberg Engi (an old slate quarry)
Furthermore, in the 'Chlital' area, you can enjoy excellent hiking, biking, fishing, climbing... or simply revel in the art of doing nothing.
We often use our house spontaneously, so we can't always say in advance whether we'll be there or not.
