Many guests describe a feeling of deep connection, lightness, and openness. Each partner sound massage is individually tailored to your specific needs. I use high-quality singing bowls and other overtone-rich instruments such as the monochord, crystal instruments, gongs, drums, and more, ensuring every session is a unique experience.

Private Yoga Session (1-3 people). Treat yourself to some well-deserved 'me time'. In a private yoga session for 1 to 3 people, we focus entirely on your individual needs, helping you recharge and reconnect with yourself. I love incorporating sound into my practice, and we can gladly combine your yoga session with a deeply relaxing sound bath.

During your private sound bath for 1-2 people, you will immerse yourself in the soothing tones of singing bowls and other harmonic instruments (gong, monochord, and more). As you lie back and relax, you can let go of everyday stress and experience a sense of deep peace. The gentle vibrations and sounds promote relaxation, regeneration, and a feeling of inner balance. There is nothing for you to do but simply lie there and unwind. A restorative treat for body, mind, and soul.

During this approximately 70-minute sound massage (including a period of rest), you can completely switch off and find your inner peace. While you lie back comfortably in your clothes, singing bowls are gently placed on and around your body and struck. The delicate sounds and vibrations spread throughout, promoting deep relaxation. This calms the nervous system, relaxes the muscles, and reduces stress. Treat yourself to this truly special time-out.
