Camp boscodellarte

Italy-31010 Osigo
Camp Boscodellarte is "a place where time... flows more slowly". It brings us back to more human rhythms, nestled in nature between forest paths and streams. In an era where the virtual is becoming the norm, alienating us from our roots, we want to reclaim direct experience in touch with nature and a culture that has grown over centuries for a new relationship with life. We work towards a "slow time" that makes room for deep emotions and sensations arising from direct experience. We are open to…

Very nice pitch, in top condition. There is a toilet (could have been a bit cleaner), but it was okay. Friendly welcome from Marco with some explanations on where to find everything. It was worth it! 😊👍
The place is beautiful. It includes an event venue. Unfortunately, on this particular evening, there was a large party with very loud music starting at 10 PM. When I checked in, I mentioned that I was looking for a quiet spot. I ended up leaving my pitch before midnight because sleeping would have been impossible. The costs were kindly refunded to me. I had to find a place to wild camp during the night.
A beautiful clearing, right in the middle of nature and clean, with plenty of space. Electricity was available and Marco helped us out with a suitable plug. Marco took great care of us and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. We were also allowed to use the hall to do the dishes and eat inside, as it was cooler in there. Unfortunately, there was only cold water. A toilet was available. We were there in summer and there were a lot of mosquitoes and little shade. The access road is relatively narrow, but manageable with a 5.5 m caravan after we moved some stones out of the way. Quiet surroundings with mountain views.
Very friendly host. We were personally welcomed and shown everything. You use the bathroom and grounds of an art park. We had a large meadow all to ourselves. Electricity was no problem and there was even an adapter for the Italian power connection. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The host speaks Italian, but with a translator, it was no problem. We can recommend the pitch with its beautiful view towards Venice.
