Valera Camp

Our stay at Gaetano's was simply wonderful. The property is beautiful and located in a wonderfully quiet area. Despite the idyllic setting, the center of Parma is quickly accessible at about 4.5 km away. The hosts are exceptionally warm and make you feel welcome from the very first moment. A special highlight was the opportunity to visit the lovingly landscaped garden—absolutely worth seeing! We can wholeheartedly recommend Valera Camp and would love to come back.

The host was very friendly, and when a thunderstorm started during the night, he got up and told us where we could park our VW California to shelter it from the storm. We felt very welcome. The neighbor gave us a concert with singing and guitar and even gifted us some fruit from his garden.

Beautiful little spot on Gaetano's estate. Quiet location, about 3 km from the center of Parma (bikes can be rented via Ridemovi). Water is available. Considering there is no solar shower or toilet, we found it a bit expensive. We stayed for one night and had our own solar shower with us – we really enjoyed the stay.

Es war eine wundervoller Stellplatz - wie in einer Traumwelt. Was für eine Idylle, direkt vor den Toren von Parma. Ein Gastgeber von wirklich ausgesprochener Freundlichkeit. Einladend, zurückhaltend, sehr galant und sympathisch. Ein Garten wie aus einem Roman. Wir haben das alles sehr genossen. Perfekt, danke! È stata una piazzola meravigliosa — come in un mondo da sogno. Un’idillio straordinario, proprio alle porte di Parma. Un ospite di una gentilezza davvero rara: accogliente, discreto, molto galante e simpatico. Un giardino che sembrava uscito da un romanzo. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto questo immensamente. Perfetto, grazie mille!

Place tranquille avec un sentiment de sécurité. Seul service : accès à un robinet. Le prix total avec la marge de Nomady est inférieur de 2,50€ à celui d'un camping**** tout compris dans le delta du Pô avec accès à la mer, piscine, douche, wc, eau + vidage eaux grises et cassette wc, magasin de dépannage, pizzeria, restaurant et bar de plage... il y a clairement un problème de positionnement au niveau du prix

Beautiful meadow by the old manor house. Great atmosphere and the incredibly friendly host, Gaetano, who also gave us a glimpse into the Palazzo, which is lovingly being restored piece by piece to its former glory. For us, it was a perfect pitch, and you can reach Parma by bike in 10-15 minutes. Perfect!!
