Our 6.3-hectare property is an absolute paradise for four-legged friends, too, offering plenty of space to explore. Please note that the grounds are not fully fenced. Your dog is very welcome to roam freely off-leash, provided they have reliable recall and will not chase the local wildlife in the woods and around the lakes.
A huge nature adventure for children! However, as the 6.3-hectare grounds include two open lakes and are not fully fenced, parents must keep a close eye on their children (especially non-swimmers) at all times. Use of the property is at your own risk.

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. “Leave no trace” – Please take all your rubbish and personal belongings with you upon departure. On-site waste disposal is not available.

Due to the risk of forest fires, open campfires are only permitted in designated areas and with prior arrangement.

Barbecues and gas stoves must be attended at all times.

Disposing of greywater or emptying chemical toilets on the property or in nature is strictly prohibited.

Respect nature: Do not pick protected plants and leave the vegetation untouched.

Dogs must be kept on a leash around wildlife or if they lack a reliable recall, in order to protect the local forest animals.

Use of the lakes is at your own risk

Parents are responsible for their children – please keep a close eye on non-swimmers near the water at all times.

Plastic waste, soaps, or chemicals must never enter the lakes under any circumstances.
