Our resort is the perfect starting or finishing point for a wonderful hike or bike tour through the Thuringian Forest. On our giant chess board, you can play both chess and checkers with oversized pieces. Game pieces can be rented; price upon request. We also offer archery. Our outdoor table tennis table invites you to exciting matches. Rackets and balls can be rented; price upon request. Little guests can have fun on our playground.

Andreas welcomed me very warmly, despite my late arrival around 9:30 PM! The location is beautiful and you can see the starry sky. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe! Thank you very much!✨️

If you are looking for a small but charming spot, this is exactly the right place. Great hosts, very clean sanitary facilities, pleasantly quiet, and a postcard-perfect view of the valley. I would love to come back.

Super panoramic spot !!! The fire-heated pavilion is a lifesaver in bad weather and there is always plenty of good food and drinks....super hosts!!! Top !!!

I was warmly welcomed by Andreas and his better half. It was absolutely quiet at night. After a hearty breakfast for very little money, I happily went on my way. Would gladly come back 👌🍀
