On our property, which is part of the house, we offer 1-2 parking spaces. The former farmhouse "Schartenhof," acquired in 2022 by the Interamenta housing cooperative, now operates as a holiday, guest, and group house. In the converted outbuilding, you'll find a holiday apartment, a seminar room, and a dojo. Four cooperative members, three children, and a dog live in the adjacent residential house. Our parking spaces are close to the house, and we look forward to connecting with you. You are very welcome to share the large terrace, the small pool in summer, and the fire pit. Upon request and for a small additional fee, a toilet, a bathroom, and cooking facilities are available to you. The property is nestled in a small, secluded valley directly below the Gempenturm, offering magnificent views and unforgettable sunsets.
