A pleasant 20-minute stroll takes you to the charming village of Gais, where you'll find a Spar supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, and three traditional restaurants. For nature lovers, the Gäbris and Sommersberg peaks are about an hour's walk away, while the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are just a 10-minute walk from your door.

A large trampoline and table tennis are available, with a play area for football located right nearby. The property is situated on a quiet residential street with very little traffic in a 30 km/h zone.

We offer an overnight parking space for one vehicle on our paved lot (interlocking stones) facing the Rheaklinik Gais. Guests are welcome to enjoy our garden, trampoline, and ping-pong table, and there is a grassy field for soccer just a stone's throw away. The property is located on a quiet, low-traffic residential street.

A toilet is available in the main house for use when we are on-site. There is also a fire pit, perfect for grilling.

The village is about a 25-minute walk away, with two farm shops reachable within 10 to 15 minutes.

Our place is nestled among trees and the garden, with a view of Mount Säntis right from the terrace.
