We offer a cozy, single-room self-catering alpine hut in the heart of the Styrian 'Zirbenland'. It boasts absolute seclusion while remaining easily accessible, just a short distance from the paved road. The true luxury of this location is the isolation, the tranquility, and the breathtaking alpine and mountain panorama. Your heart will soar when the morning sun peeks through the windows and you see sheep and horses grazing outside! On clear nights, the starry sky is simply magical, as there are very few light sources nearby. The hut features lighting and a radio, as well as a cool box powered by photovoltaics (12V) or an inverter (230V) for small devices like chargers. Should the power ever run low, battery-powered lamps are available. The interior includes a corner bench, a single bed, a small camping sink, a gas stove, and a wood-burning oven. Additional mattresses or an airbed can be set up for extra guests, and the corner bench can also serve as a sleeping spot. The hut is ideal for 2-3 people, possibly with children or a pet. Anything beyond that is recommended only for short stays, as living, eating, and sleeping all take place in a compact space. A tent for additional guests can be pitched outside—either bring your own or rent one from me for a fee. Outside, you will find a camping toilet, washing facilities at the trough or tap, a fire pit, deck chairs, a parasol, and garden furniture. The amenities are perfect for self-caterers seeking peace and a break from everyday life, providing everything you need for a rustic getaway.
