The pitch is located in the south-facing courtyard of a charming, uninhabited small house. Enjoy absolute peace and quiet in an enclosed, secure area with easy self-check-in via a key safe (code sent by email). Situated right next to the parking area for the "Königswarte" hiking trails, above the scenic Berg cellar lane (Kellergasse), it boasts breathtaking panoramic views extending from the Bratislava skyline across apricot orchards all the way to the wind turbines of the Pannonian Plain. The pitch is generously sized with a gate entrance just under 3 meters wide. Amenities include a terrace, electricity hookup, garden furniture, a hanging chair, and sun loungers. Bicycles are also available for rent upon request. Pizzeria, country inn, traditional winery tavern (Heuriger), and local grocery store – all within walking distance! Reach the heart of Bratislava in just 10 minutes by car or under 30 minutes by bike. For extensive shopping, the K1 shopping center in Kittsee is only 4 km away.
