There are a total of 3 bedrooms (2x double beds + 2x single beds and 1x 2 single beds) and a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. TV and washing machine are included. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A balcony with a view is also included. Many animals on the farm. Quiet, secluded location.

Spacious, newly renovated holiday apartment (100 m²) for up to 10 guests plus 2 babies. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic mountain and lake views right from your private balcony. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso pods and filter), kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, and there is a separate toilet. Washing machine, bed linen, and towels are all included. Wi-Fi is available upon request. Located on the second floor of the main house, the apartment has its own private entrance (via 9 external steps). We are happy to provide baby and toddler equipment on request (high chairs, cribs, bottle warmers, sterilizers, changing tables, etc.). Pets are also very welcome upon request.

The village center is a 25-minute walk away, while the nearest local inn is just a 10-minute stroll from your door.

W-lan auf Wunsch verfügbar.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im zweiten Stock des Haupthauses und ist über einen eigenen Eingang ( 9 Außenstufen) erreichbar.
Auf Wunsch wird die Wohnung Baby-bzw. Kleinkindgerecht ausgestattet. (Hochstühle, Gitterbett, Flaschenwärmer, Sterilisator, Wickeltisch,...)
