The cottage is situated in front of a stunning mountain backdrop next to the hosts' residential house. Inside the cozy cottage, there is a 1.40m bed equipped with bed linen. If there are more than two people or children, it's no problem to camp on the lawn or sleep in the bus/car (small extra charge per person). A large hiking area awaits to be explored, or visit the animals on the farm. The seating area with a grill bowl can be used for barbecuing or a cozy campfire. After a tiring day of hiking, a dip in the hot pot can provide relaxation. (Must be booked in advance and costs extra).

Wir sind Martina und Thomas mit Leonie und Nico. Wir wohnen das ganze Jahr auf unserem Bauernbetrieb auf 1250müM. Wir haben einen Milchviehbetrieb mit 10 Kühen, Pferde, Katzen, Hund und Hühnern. Wir wohnen sehr schön gelegen mit Sicht zur Schrattenfluh und dem Hohgant.

Romantic overnight stay in beautiful and peaceful nature. Martina & Thomas are lovely and wonderful hosts! The bath in the hotpot after a long hike was very soothing and the breakfast was very rich and arranged with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sattelalp! Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay on the farm with a fantastic view. Everything was perfectly prepared and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was very lovingly arranged and delicious.

Everything worked out great! Very friendly hosts who are happy to take care of the guests' well-being. The hut was cozy and could be heated, which wasn't even necessary after the hotpot. Unfortunately, the hotpot isn't as nicely located as the hut, and you have to walk across the forecourt to the hosts. But in the dark, that doesn't bother anyone... The breakfast with homemade ingredients was very delicious!
