The hiking and cycling routes along the Ahr river were, and continue to be, well worth a visit even after the flood in the Ahr Valley. A trip to the Government Bunker and the surrounding area is also highly recommended. The cities of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Bonn, and Koblenz, as well as the Rhine and Moselle rivers, are all within easy reach.

Nestled beside meadows and forest, vineyards, and above the Ahr river, the property lies paradisiacally secluded. Property neighbors are rarely present.

This is a place to linger; besides the sounds of nature, only occasionally can the road be heard, as well as a gardener and landscaper collecting material from the storage.

In addition to the option of camping, a treehouse (still under construction) or a hut is optionally available as a sleeping place (further listings to follow), so you might not be entirely alone.
On the 2000 sqm, everyone will find a corner for themselves and an opportunity to let their soul unwind.

Access to water is limited to collected rainwater. Drinking water must be arranged by guests. 

There's a fire pit with barbecue facilities, as well as seating areas and covered spaces on site. 

Games like pétanque/badminton are available for your enjoyment.

A solar shower can be installed upon request, and a composting toilet is provided.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a delightful array of restaurants, charming wine bars, and convenient supermarkets.

Wiese auf einem kleinen Stück Paradies auf Erden. 
Hier wohnen Hühner, ein Siebenschläfer und viele verschiedene Vogel - und Insektenarten. 
Gelegentlich sind auch Schafe zu Gast. 

Eingebettet neben Wiesen und Wald, Weinreben und oberhalb der Ahr liegt das Grundstück paradiesisch für sich allein. Grundstücksnachbarn sind nur selten da. 

Hier ist ein Ort zum Verweilen, neben Naturgeräuschen, ist nur gelegentlich die Straße zu hören, sowie ein Garten- und Landschaftsbauer der Material im Lager holt. 

Neben der Möglichkeit zu Zelten, ist optional auch ein Baumhaus (noch im Aufbau) oder eine Hütte als Schlafplatz verfügbar (weitere Inserate folgen), sodass ihr eventuell nicht ganz alleine seid. 
Auf den 2000 qm, findet doch jeder eine Ecke für sich und eine Möglichkeit, die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
