Highlights
1
The exciting hiking trails of the EifelSchleifen and EifelSpuren lead directly past Wachendorf.
2
You can see the Bruder Klaus Field Chapel, built by Swiss star architect Peter Zumthor, right from your pitch – it's only 800 meters away!

An evening in our clay sauna! We built our sauna ourselves. It's heated by a wood-burning stove, and you can enjoy the pleasant warmth radiating from the clay walls while gazing out into the garden. We offer exclusive use of the sauna for a flat fee of €70. This includes: wood for firing, lighting and heating the sauna, and an introduction to its operation.

Our historic four-sided farmstead in the Eifel region is also home to our workshop for tuned chimes. Here, you can get a fascinating glimpse into the production of our handcrafted chimes and sound instruments.
5
In our factory shop, you can play and try out all our tuned chimes, gongs, and singing bowls, as well as resonant instruments from around the world and our extensive, cozy 'Stars' collection.

A true highlight on our farm is always in spring when the lambs of our White Horned Heath Sheep are born. They arrive under the open sky and are soon playfully frolicking on their feet. Once they're a bit bigger, the whole lamb gang gathers every evening and races across the meadow. You can truly see the joy they have!

Very quiet and beautiful place. The hosts are very friendly and open! We would love to come back :)
The location, the individual pitches, and the sanitary facilities were lovely. The power supply was arranged in advance and worked perfectly without any issues. The surrounding area was also great and perfect for hiking. Only the communication beforehand presented a few hurdles; using a single communication channel would probably have been easier. Waking up among the sheep was a wonderful experience, and the dogs felt right at home.
Beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by sheep. Thank you, Ernst, for sharing it!
Great location in nature. Sheep can have a very calming effect. Plenty of space and peace. Everything was as described. The additional costs for the shower (€3 per person per shower) and electricity (€3 per night) could perhaps be reconsidered. But absolutely worth recommending and repeating. Off the beaten track, so make sure you have your own transport for excursions. Thanks again for the Edeka delivery service 😉…. Ernst is the best!
Super nice one-night stay. Everything you need is there. The Heidschnucke sheep say good morning to you. A bit further along there is a deer enclosure, and the Bruder Klaus Field Chapel is 1.5km away. Top... I'll definitely be back.
Friendly hosts, beautiful location, cute heath sheep... We'd love to come back!
