The exciting hiking trails of the EifelSchleifen and EifelSpuren lead directly past Wachendorf.

You can see the Bruder Klaus Field Chapel, built by Swiss star architect Peter Zumthor, right from your pitch – it's only 800 meters away!

An evening in our clay sauna! We built our sauna ourselves. It's heated by a wood-burning stove, and you can enjoy the pleasant warmth radiating from the clay walls while gazing out into the garden. We offer exclusive use of the sauna for a flat fee of €70. This includes: wood for firing, lighting and heating the sauna, and an introduction to its operation.

Our historic four-sided farmstead in the Eifel region is also home to our workshop for tuned chimes. Here, you can get a fascinating glimpse into the production of our handcrafted chimes and sound instruments.

In our factory shop, you can play and try out all our tuned chimes, gongs, and singing bowls, as well as resonant instruments from around the world and our extensive, cozy 'Stars' collection.

A true highlight on our farm is always in spring when the lambs of our White Horned Heath Sheep are born. They arrive under the open sky and are soon playfully frolicking on their feet. Once they're a bit bigger, the whole lamb gang gathers every evening and races across the meadow. You can truly see the joy they have!

Tolle Lage in der Natur. Schafe können sehr entschleunigend wirken. Viel Platz und Ruhe. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Zusatzkosten für Dusche (3€ p.P. und Duschgang) und Strom (3€ pro Nacht) könnte man vielleicht noch überarbeiten. Aber absolut empfehlens- und wiederholenswert. Ab vom Schuss, also für Ausflüge für eigene Mobilität sorgen. Danke nochmal für den Edeka Lieferservice 😉…. Ernst bester Mann

Super schöner Aufenthalt für eine Nacht.Alles da was man braucht. Heidschnucken sagen dir guten Morgen. Ein Stück weiter ist ein Reh Gehege und in 1.5km die Bruder Klaus Feldkapelle. Top...bin bestimmt nochmal da.

Ich habe mit meinem Sohn ein paar wunderbare Tage auf dem Hof verbracht. Ernst ist ein sehr netter, offener und engagierter Gastgeber. Wir haben leckeres Heidschnuckenfleisch und Würstl gegrillt die wir vor Ort kaufen konnten. Meinem Sohn hat Ernst das Holz hacken gezeigt, das hat ihm sehr viel Spaß gemacht. In dem kleinen Hofladen findet man unglaublich viele tolle kleine Geschenke! Wir freuen uns schon auf künftige entspannte Tage auf diesem sehr gepflegtem Hof.

Wir waren im Rahmen unseres Bikepackings bei Ernst zu Gast, er ist ein super Gastgeber der auch sehr flexibel ist. Es gibt sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen und auch einen Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken. Besser als jeder Campingplatz, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Liebevoll gestalteter Hof mit Charme! Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten. Die Aussicht auf die Heidschnucken macht gute Laune. Einer der Eifel Schleifen Wege geht direkt am Hof vorbei. Einfach super!
