We were the only ones there—a beautiful spot right next to the deer. Gaby was very welcoming and took the time to show us around and explain everything.

We all want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we spent with you. As nature lovers, our stay was simply fantastic. Great facilities and services provided by very warm-hearted people.

Our overall experience was a bit mixed. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and eager to find a good solution. However, the pitch originally assigned to us was unsuitable for camping as the ground was uneven and very stony—according to the hosts, the description is still to be updated accordingly. Thanks to their flexibility and a bit of creativity, an alternative spot was eventually found. Unfortunately, a wedding took place in the 'Event-Schüür' near the deer park that same weekend. The noise from the celebration lasted until about 3:30 AM, making a restful night's sleep almost impossible. We recommend checking before booking or arrival whether an event is planned in the barn during your stay and how long it is expected to last.

If you love being in nature, you'll love this campsite – no car traffic, not too busy, a wonderful view. You should know that the access road is unpaved. Very good sanitary facilities are about a 5-10 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the hostess is very friendly and thoughtful.
