It was very quiet and really beautiful. You could hear the stream in the background. Very relaxing. The location is lovely, very close to the lake. I will definitely go back there.

Gersau is wonderful, with a great lake and streams. On the farm, there is a small bench with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, the Nomady pitch is right next to a road, so we had hoped for more peace and quiet. The Kompotoi (compost toilet) is fine, but you have to cross the road to get to it. There was even drinking water available, which unfortunately wasn't mentioned. It's a pity, we had expected more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The site is perfectly located as a starting point for hikes to the Rigi peaks or a quick dip in the cool waters of Lake Lucerne.
