We are happy to prepare breakfast for you daily between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM. To help us with our planning, please let us know your preferred time upon arrival. Breakfast is served in the charming Ghirmi-Hittli. A lot of hard work goes into gathering and bundling wood before it ever reaches your campfire. To save you the effort, we provide handmade bundles of locally sourced firewood, including kindling. Now, nothing stands in the way of your BBQ fun or a cozy evening by the fire.

Two marinated grill steaks from our own farm-raised Black Alpine pig or veal steak. Complete your Alpine experience and enjoy a piece of organic meat sourced directly from our farm. Two ready-to-cook steaks, approx. 300 g of meat.

If you're in a hurry, you can count on our local mountain charcoal. These large, carefully crafted pieces of coal will give your steak or grilled favorites that perfect finishing touch.
