Our self-sufficient 'Maiensäss' (alpine hut) is situated in a unique, secluded location at approximately 1,360 meters above sea level within the Beverin Nature Park (200m off the Schamserberg road). This elegant cabin features a kitchen, a living/bedroom, and a bathroom with shower/WC. The property consists solely of our hut and the adjacent barn, with no other inhabited cabins nearby, offering guests complete privacy in this mountain idyll.

Outside, you will find a fountain with fresh spring water, a barbecue area, and a patio. Sports equipment can be stored in the barn.

Solar power and electricity from our own water turbine are included, perfect for charging mobile devices and e-bikes.

'Hüttli-Lädeli' (Little Hut Shop): My cousin Margrith and I love to prepare delicious Grisons specialties using hand-picked wild plants and ingredients from our gardens. These are available to purchase in Stgeavs, depending on the season and stock.

Unser autarkes Maiensäss befindet sich in spezieller Alleinlage auf ca. 1360 M.ü.M. im Naturpark Beverin (200 m abseits der Schamserberg-Strasse).
Gediegene Hütte mit Küche, (Wohn-) Zimmer und Bad (mit WC/Dusche). 
Das Maiensäss besteht nur aus unserer Hütte und dem dazugehörenden Stall. Es hat keine anderen bewohnten Hütten in der Umgebung. Die Gäste sind in dieser Idylle ganz für sich allein.
 Brunnen (mit Wasser aus eigener Quelle). Grillstelle & Sitzplatz stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Sportgeräte können im Stall untergebracht werden.

Inklusiv Solarstrom & Strom von der eigenen Wasser-Turbine zum Laden von mobilen Geräten und E-bikes.

„Hüttli-Lädeli“: Meine Cousine Margrith und ich bereiten aus selbst gesammelten Pflanzen aus der Natur (bzw. aus unseren Gärten) gerne feine (Bündner) Spezialiäten her, die man je nach Vorrat / Saison in Stgeavs beziehen kann.

Wir bemühen uns, die Zufahrt zur Hütte auch im Winter zu gewährleisten. Je nach Schneemenge und Wettersituation kann das Auto sonst 200 m entfernt (Parkplatz neben Strasse) parkiert werden.
