Idyllische Landhauswiese im Emsland

Hello to future visitors of Christoph and his family. Since I really liked the spot, the surroundings, and the family, this was already my second stay here. Christoph has created a beautiful meadow for pitches. It is surrounded by hedges and ancient oaks, and every now and then a cow peeks curiously through the hedge. And no, there is no smell. The family gave me a warm welcome and showed me all the connections for electricity and water. There is a toilet across the street. The spot is located by a small village square with seating, which is also sheltered from the wind and weather. The small chapel there is delightful and the door is always open. Occasionally a tractor passes by, but otherwise it's peaceful—well, except for the birds singing in every language. Just listen and enjoy. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking, or just going for a walk. The Ems river, the old arm of the Ems, and the Dortmund-Ems Canal are very close by. At the old arm, an 8-minute walk away, there is a shallow swimming spot, and 4km away there is also an outdoor pool (a local tip from Christoph: if you go after 7:30 PM, entry is free and you can also take a shower). So, if you're looking for total relaxation and contentment, this is exactly the right place.

The pitch is nicely located at the end of a village. From there, there are several options for walking the dog.

Unkompliziert, nett und hilfsbereit. Alles ist vor Ort vorhanden. Sehr gerne wieder in dieser schöner Location. Es war 1A.

Schöne ruhige Lage Sauberer großer Platz netter Vermieter! Und die öffentlichen Toiletten waren auch echt sauber! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Anfahrt und Ankunft war super unkompliziert. Wir standen mit unseren 3 Campern um die Feuerstelle und konnten den Aufenthalt trotz Regen genießen. Das Aufbauen eines Zeltes war kein Problem. Christoph kam täglich um zu fragen wie es uns geht. Die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war kein Problem. Er durfte den ganzen Tag frei auf der Wiese laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Der Platz liegt idyllisch auf einer Wiese im sehr grossen Garten von Christoph. Die Feuerstelle haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Christoph hat uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet.

Leider musste ich heute meinen Besuch beenden und bin frustriert abgefahren. Frustriert, weil ich nicht länger bleiben konnte auf eurem wunderschönen Hof. Ich bin noch begeistert von den uralten Bäumen, die stehen bleiben dürfen und von der gepflegten Wiese, die genügend Abstand bietet zu den Mitcampern. Die Dorfidylle ist sehr angenehm und abseits von Hektik. Am Vogelgezwitscher konnte ich mich kaum satthören und die übliche Taube durfte auch nicht fehlen Danke für die herzliche Begrüßung und die zahlreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Ähnliches. Das Emsland ist wunderschön für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen und Ruhe. Danke an Dich, Christoph und deine Familie.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Auf der Wiese ist genügend Platz, es gibt Strom und eine Feuerstelle, ebenso eine sehr gepflegte öffentliche Toilette direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Wir können euch besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :-) Danke!
