A lush, mown meadow set before a historic half-timbered house dating back to 1705. The building is currently undergoing interior renovations and is only occupied occasionally, ensuring you have plenty of peace and quiet. However, the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway runs right through the village, so you'll hear the nostalgic whistle of the steam locomotive several times a day. Most of the time, you will have this spot in the historic town center all to yourself.

Hallo Camper und Naturfreunde, ich habe Faktorei als Projekt erworben und will das wieder Leben in das Dorf einzieht. Ich bin im Harz geboren und lebe in Potsdam und Sorge. Die Wiese vor dem Haus wird von mir mit der Hand gemäht. Im wahren Leben bin ich Bauingenieur und bin gerne mit meiner Familie und Freunden vor Ort. Wenn also Licht im Haus ist können wir gerne gemeinsam ein Bier an der Feuerschale trinken und ich kann euch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

The warm Bode river flows directly behind the house, with direct access from the property. Wi-Fi is available; access details upon request.

The pitch is located at an altitude of approx. 550 m above sea level. When Mother Hulda works her winter magic and the snow piles up, you can shovel out your own spot just the way you like it!

The nearest shopping facilities are located in Benneckenstein (approx. 5.0 km away) and Braunlage. In Tanne, you'll find a bakery and a farm shop (Brockenbauer). For swimming and showering, the closest indoor pool is in Braunlage.
Explore the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway with Sorge station, the Border Museum, Brockenbauer in Tanne, and Godelteich. Braunlage is just about 8 km away, and Schierke about 10 km.
The Harz Narrow Gauge Railway runs through the village, offering a direct route to the Brocken mountain. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away. In the village, perched on the mountain above, you'll find a football pitch boasting stunning views of the Brocken.

It was a bit strange. Just.a parking spot in front of an abandoned barn. Only for a sleepover. No recommendation.
The best place for us! Everything is within reach from there. You have your peace and quiet and can enjoy everything. We would come back anytime!
