If you love swimming, you've come to the right place! Within a 20 km radius, you'll discover 5 charming, natural swimming lakes (St. Oswald, Waldhausen, Gloxwald, Dorfstetten, Bärnkopf). The captivating Ysperklamm gorge (https://www.ysperklamm.info/) is also just about a 25-minute drive away.

We are a family with 5 children, aged between 1 and 14, and we love enjoying life in nature with our dog. Our property is secluded, with the nearest neighbors 200 to 300 meters away. Since our property includes a beautiful small log cabin, we can offer nature lovers an affordable getaway in the countryside. The log cabin is nestled away next to our main house in almost untouched nature. An MTB trail and hiking paths pass very close by, allowing you to start your adventures directly in various directions. A stream just a few steps away invites you to cool off, completing the natural experience. Inside the cabin, there's a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and on the upper level, a mattress camp (if more than two people are using the accommodation). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. We get our water from our own spring in the forest. A fully equipped kitchenette with a stove and oven completes the amenities. A special treat is our wood-burning stove with a viewing window for heating..... super cozy ;-). A large football field invites you to play soccer, volleyball, or other sports activities. Starry nights are particularly beautiful here, as it's so dark that you can often spot the Milky Way and many other constellations. If you love peace and nature, you've come to the right place. Groceries can be purchased in St. Oswald (SPAR), Dorfstetten (Nah&Frisch), and Waldhausen (Unimarkt).

Waldviertel-Hütte

Wir sind eine Familie mit 5 Kindern zwischen 14 und einem Jahr alt und genießen das Leben mit unserem Hund in der Natur. Unser Grundstück ist in Alleinlage, die nächsten Nachbarn sind 200 bis 300 Meter entfernt. Da zu unserem Grundstück ein wunderschönes kleines Holzblockhaus gehört,  können wir Naturliebhabern eine günstige Auszeit im Grünen bieten.Das Holzblockhaus liegt abgeschieden neben unserem Haupthaus in fast unberührter Natur. Eine MTB Strecke und Wanderwege führen in nächster Nähe vorbei und man kann direkt in verschiedene Richtungen loswandern. Zum Abkühlen lädt ein Bach ein welches nur paar Schritte entfernt ist und  rundet das Landschaftsbild ab. In der Hütte gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa und auf der oberen Ebene ein Matratzenlager (wenn mehr als zwei Personen das Quartier nutzen). Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wasser beziehen wir aus unserer Quelle im Wald. Eine komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile mit Herd und Backofen komplettieren die Einrichtung. Als besonderes Schmankerl dient unser Holzofen mit Sichtfenster zum Heizen ..... urgemütlich ;-).Zum Fußballspielen, Volleyball oder sonstigen sportlichen Aktivitäten lädt eine große Fußballwiese ein. Besonders schön sind sternklare Nächte da es bei uns so dunkel ist, dass man häufig die Milchstraße und viele andere Sternbilder erkennen kann. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist bei uns goldrichtig.Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch.
