You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. I didn't meet Andreas myself, but his daughter, who explained everything to me really well. :) I had a lovely, quiet afternoon and evening at the former natural pool (I was completely alone) and a pleasant night. I can definitely recommend this place :)
Andreas is such an incredibly nice and relaxed guy. He alone makes the stay amazing. But having an entire outdoor pool to yourself, along with a wildlife enclosure and a BBQ area on-site, is just awesome. Such an incredibly cool place. Love it. See you again, Andy.
