Peaceful quiet spot near forest

Despite the site being completely overcrowded due to the Pentecost holiday, everyone was very relaxed and friendly. Jac, the organizer, was also very friendly and put a lot of effort into handling the rush. Although there were few toilets for such a large crowd, they were cleaned constantly. However, you should always bring your own toilet paper. The showers and dishwashing areas were also clean. The farm is in an idyllic location, and Beesel is within walking distance. Overall, we liked it very much. We are deducting one star because we initially didn't have an electricity connection due to the high demand. However, we were informed a few days in advance that this might happen.

We will definitely come back again. However, having only 2 toilets and 2 showers over the Pentecost weekend did push things to their limits. But other than that, Jac has a real gem here, and for hikers and cyclists, it's perfectly located right on the Meuse.

We had a very pleasant stay at a quiet spot near the Meuse. The location is ideal for switching off and enjoying nature. Unfortunately, the campsite was completely overbooked due to a technical error with the reservations. However, we would particularly like to highlight Jac: with great commitment and a lot of patience, he did everything possible to find a good solution for every guest. Despite the difficult situation, we always felt welcome and well looked after. Mistakes can happen – what matters is how they are handled. And in this regard, Jac did a truly outstanding job. Very quiet place with a view of a rich vegetable and flower garden, with a vegetable stand for shopping at the entrance to the campsite. The sanitary facilities are clean, bring your own toilet paper.
