At our small farmstead right by the stream on the edge of town, next to a community garden, you can look forward to meeting the following animals: - Galloway cattle: Our small herd is spread across several plots; our mother cows and their calves graze right next to the pitch. - Free-range pigs—yes, they still exist! Right here with us! - Free-range chickens. - Free-range turkeys, which roam freely across the entire property. - Free-range ducks and geese, who have their own specially designed pond to enjoy during the day. All animals are kept outdoors! You are welcome to see them all, and we’ll give you a little glimpse into 'farm life.' The entire property spans nearly 55,000 sqm, offering plenty of space for tents. Whether right by the fish ponds, on the meadow, or by the stream, the choice is yours. If you are arriving with a caravan or trailer, we have created a large gravel area specifically for you. Here, you will also find a fixed water connection and electricity (both billed separately upon departure). A small campfire can be set up by arrangement (we have wood available!). A toilet and shower are available only by prior arrangement. For breakfast, you can visit our farm shop (located in the village, about 3km away). We can also bring items to you, as we are at the site every morning anyway. Wi-Fi is available throughout the grounds upon request. --New-- Fishing in our small private pond on-site is also possible by arrangement. The Diekmann family from Grünenplan
