Your pitch is located right at the edge of the forest – in the heart of the Zurich Oberland nature. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of the woods, breathe in the fresh air, and listen to the gentle babbling of a small, idyllic stream that winds naturally through the trees. The site is intentionally left in its natural state and is not leveled, meaning it is not perfectly flat everywhere. In return, you can expect a truly authentic outdoor experience: plenty of peace, privacy, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot some local wildlife. You have this spot all to yourselves – a small sanctuary far away from the daily grind. The fire pit is located in the forest and is perfect for cozy evenings in nature. However, please note that if there is a cantonal fire ban or during periods of severe drought, fires are strictly prohibited. The pitch is located about 100 meters from the farm, ensuring you can enjoy your peace and your own private space. Toilet and shower facilities are available at the farm. The village, with its shops and bus stop, is about a 15-minute walk away. As you are staying on a working farm, country life is part of the experience. During busy periods, things can get a bit more lively – meadows are mowed several times a year and tractors will be on the move. This is exactly what makes the authentic charm of rural life. The access road to the pitch is unpaved and requires some ground clearance. In rainy weather, access can be difficult and is often only possible with 4x4 vehicles. Alternatively, you always have the option to camp directly on the farmyard. Parking for additional vehicles is available at the farm.
