We live in a small village in Upper Franconia, near Upper Palatinate.

On our property, we have space for a caravan, motorhome, or even a tent. From here, you can easily go for walks or bike rides.

We offer a bathroom with a toilet and shower, accessible via a separate entrance. Please note that disposal of chemical toilets is NOT possible here!

We have several play options for children on the property (trampoline, sandbox, swing...), which guest children are welcome to use. You can also use the covered terrace, and by arrangement, the fire pit for cozy evenings with stick bread.

Many excursion destinations are also easily accessible by car, such as the Fichtel Mountains or Pottenstein/Franconian Switzerland.

We have 3 children who will certainly have a curious question or two and might play loudly on the property. This should not bother our guests. 😉

Mobile phone reception is limited, primarily available on the D-network. Dishwashing service may be available upon request.

Shopping facilities are conveniently located approximately 3 km away.

Nature awaits for leisurely strolls and invigorating bike rides. Explore exciting destinations easily accessible by car. Daily essentials are just a short 3km drive away.
