I am offering a spacious plot on the edge of the village, right by the forest and surrounded by lush meadows and fields—with a view of the local alpacas! :) The plot is approximately 400sqm and is fully fenced. It includes a carport with a fire pit and ☆ an integrated ECO-toilet ☆. The site is accessible for campers or extra-long vehicles, as the path from the gate to the carport is fully paved with grass pavers. For larger vehicles, it is recommended to reverse down the gravel path and maneuver through the 3-meter wide gate. During your booking, the plot is yours alone! :) Of course, you are also welcome to pitch a tent under the stars. Here, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and balmy summer nights to the fullest. The amenities (Eco-WC, sun lounger, seating area, cushions, fire basket, grill) are all available for your use :) Toilet cleaning is included in the price. Trash disposal is available for a small fee of €5 (payable on-site upon arrival); otherwise, please leave the site clean and tidy. As a dog owner myself, your furry friends are very welcome and will love having space to run around! ;) Since we are on the edge of the village and not in total isolation, I unfortunately cannot host dogs that bark continuously 😕 please be honest about this—thank you! 😊 My property is located near Pottenstein, in the heart of Franconian Switzerland. The beautiful Klumpertal valley can be reached in a few minutes on foot directly from the plot without crossing any roads, and the green Püttlachtal valley with its natural Kneipp facility offers wonderful refreshment on hot days :) The price is for 4 adults—children stay for free! 😉 Each additional person is €5—larger groups on request.
