On our 22 hectares of land, amidst the fish ponds or in the forest, you'll find YOUR perfect spot. We offer a quiet and secluded pitch for a short break in Franconia or for a longer stay. Our location is directly by many small, picturesque fish ponds, far away from mass tourism. The natural surroundings invite you to relax and unwind. There's a toilet house and black water disposal. For your own electricity connection, please contact us directly. Water is available. We have both a forest path and a gravel area for large motorhomes. Find your perfect spot on our property. Electricity is readily available at 3 different spots, and you'll enjoy exceptionally good mobile phone reception.

A traditional Franconian beer cellar (Bierkeller) with outdoor seating is just about 1.5 km away, perfect for enjoying local specialties. A bakery is conveniently located approximately 1 km from your doorstep.

Within approximately 1 km, you'll find a bakery, a charming beer garden, and various dining options. For more extensive shopping, facilities are available within about 5 km. We are a beautiful estate nestled in the picturesque Aischgrund region.
