Really great spot! Secluded, quiet, and Marc was a super easy-going host. Highly recommended.

A very beautiful spot in the middle of nature, perfect for switching off. Here you can really be off the grid and all by yourself. You can end the day wonderfully by a campfire (you'll find plenty of firewood in the adjacent forest). The contact with Marc was also great, including very good directions and tips for the surrounding area. The only thing is that some bits of trash could be cleared away. Ideally, everyone should leave the place tidy and take their trash back with them! We would love to come back.

The spot is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Absolutely quiet, didn't see any other people. The tent can be set up so that it stays in the shade for a long time in the morning and evening, and even on hot days, you can find shady spots on the property all day long. The path below the hut through the forest is beautiful and quite adventurous, especially for the children. The drive there was easy to manage with a standard station wagon.

Pure relaxation, as always. Hot days and warm nights. The shade from the trees makes it bearable during the day. My favorite spot.

I visited Marc's 'Pond in the Forest' on my motorcycle and was completely blown away by the literal wilderness just a few hundred meters from the nearest village. The driveway is unpaved and steep, but manageable. Luckily the gate was open, otherwise it would have been quite a challenge. The property is quite spacious and there are several spots where you can spread out comfortably. I also loved the fire pit and the table, where you could prepare and eat your meals in peace. City dwellers who are light sleepers might be a bit unsettled by the unfamiliar background noises. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed it and can definitely imagine staying there again. It's great that Marc shares this little gem with us.

Beautiful place and a great surrounding area that invites you to explore.

We had a wonderful stay at this very well-maintained site. Absolute peace and quiet. Not a soul for miles around. Only birdsong and deer. Exactly what we needed. Marc is a great host. Communication and finding the place were no problem at all. Simply perfect. We are very grateful that there are people like Marc who share such places with others.
