Rules

There's a trampoline in the yard, which belongs to the Roll family. Please arrange its use with me or the farm owner.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Tiny House.

Accidents happen, and things can break. Please let me know if anything is defective or gets damaged during your stay.

Cancellation

Easy

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Quietly located with a beautiful view, and even in extreme heat, the tiny house is easy to ventilate to keep the temperature down. We really enjoyed our stop here during our cycling tour.

An incredibly beautiful, quiet, and charming place. We stayed in the tiny house for two nights and felt very comfortable from start to finish. Communication with Fränzi is super easy and friendly (we didn't meet Fränzi in person, but her mother showed us everything instead). The tiny house is built with a lot of heart and is also extremely well thought out. The people living on the farm where the house is located are super open, kind, and helpful.
