Down in the town, you'll find a baker (offering amazing cakes and pastries, even on Sundays!), a truly sensational butcher (customers come from far and wide), a lovely cafe with a small menu, and a restaurant that's a culinary highlight: Gasthaus zum Waldfrieden, renowned far beyond the borders of Tengen (you can even walk there in just 15 minutes). A larger grocery store is also only about 700 meters away. So, everything you need is right at your fingertips!

The town of Tengen offers plenty to explore: the beautiful Mühlbach Gorge for hiking, a riding stable nearby, and excellent inns where you can enjoy delicious meals. Tengen itself is nestled between the Black Forest, Lake Constance, and the Swiss border – a truly wonderful place!

Spontaneous, hassle-free booking and check-in; the hosts responded very quickly and kindly. Good shopping options before driving up to the pitch. However, we were also unsure where exactly the pitches were located. In the end, we parked on a higher meadow—spacious with a beautiful view. Quite uneven, but can be leveled out. In the morning rush hour, the main road was a bit noisy.

Very beautiful location. The pitch wasn't really clearly marked. Where you're actually supposed to park, the grass was high and dry. However, we ended up staying at the edge of a meadow with a beautiful panoramic view and peace and quiet.
