Caria’s Organic Farm near the Silver Coast surf

I am a dreamer and a lover of nature, music and books — still hoping to find time one day to read, write, play and travel a little more ;-) For the last ten years I have poured myself into Quinta Pedagógica da Caria — a working organic farm and agroforestry project we have been planting since 2018. The farm is a partner of the UNESCO Oeste Geopark, and the same place schools and universities come to learn about regenerative agriculture — by appointment, not while guests are resting; for you, the quinta is simply a quiet corner to slow down in. Before this, 16 years as a hotel receptionist and 20 years in a school — so hospitality and interacting with children is second nature. See you among the trees! — Edite
