The campsite was simply fantastic! Michael was super friendly from the first message right through to the personal welcome. He took a lot of time to show us everything and gave us great tips for excursions with the kids. When a storm was brewing, he even called us specifically to offer the use of the permanent house on the grounds in case of an emergency – truly outstanding service! The property is huge, completely fenced in, and offers plenty of privacy. We were allowed to choose our own pitch. The surroundings are quiet, surrounded only by fields, with the occasional sound of goats bleating. An absolute highlight was the small, refreshing stream right by the site. Thanks to the many trees, there is plenty of shade, and it was brilliant to cool off in the water and go for walks with the dog on hot days. The location near Stolberg is ideal for trips, and there are numerous beautiful hiking trails in the immediate area. The sanitary facilities were always clean. A sink is currently still missing, but Michael is already in the process of installing one. We would definitely love to come back!

EVERYTHING is just right here! The perfect place to enjoy the babbling of the brook, the view into the vastness of the Quellloch, the fantastic natural soundscape, the proximity to countless hiking hotspots, or a nice chat with the wonderful owners. On top of that, there are new sanitary facilities & a large fenced area where our dogs could romp around by the stream to their heart's content. Simply a dream. THANK YOU for creating, maintaining & further expanding this great place. ❤️🙏 And… so far, we are here alone. 🤩 But even if the second pitch were to be booked, it is very spacious and therefore mega relaxed! No comparison to 'normal' campsites.

Really beautiful! 🥰 Great grounds and campsite - with fresh water straight from the stream. Shower and toilet were super clean and nice and warm. Micha and Stephie are lovely. I can only recommend staying here 😊
