We found a very beautiful and well-maintained place to stay with great infrastructure. Frank, our host, is very helpful and goes out of his way to ensure his guests enjoy their time at the 'Alte Hafnerei'.
It is a really beautiful site where we spent 2 nights. The sanitary facilities were clean and the site offers some lovely spots. On Friday evening we had to use earplugs because there was a summer festival with loud music taking place opposite. But that doesn't happen all the time.
Cool location! Very well-maintained, though somewhat crowded pitches. We were 6 motorhomes and 2 tents. The girlfriend's childhood home, which we were allowed to use entirely, transported us back to the 50s. Absolutely invaluable infrastructure for campers. Edeka and a great bakery within walking distance. Castle ruins reachable via a hike. Tip-top! However, what is absolutely not okay: if you sit at the edge of the field, the farmer sprays you with the usual cocktail of toxins without any warning.
Everything was great; the site is beautiful, quietly located, and well-maintained. The sanitary facilities, kitchen, and common area are good, but due to their age, they should be classified as 'rustic.' This was perfectly fine for us, but others might not be as comfortable with it. The only downside is that, depending on the pitch, you might be in full sun the whole time.
Sehr unkomplizierter ,offener, herzlicher, hilfsbereiter, fairer Gastgeber. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Frank. Lockere ,angenehme Atmosphäre. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber. Herrlich war die auch vorhandene Kaltedusche zu der heißen Jahreszeit. Danke Frank
A beautiful spot on earth! Quiet, well-maintained and, thanks to the old vacant house used for sanitary facilities, the kitchen, and the common room, it's like a journey back in time! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Frank for your hospitality
A wonderful micro-campsite with 7 pitches. Everything is available in the old winery as described. The contact with the owner was very pleasant, and he took care of and solved all our minor issues.
