You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Everything was super easy and lovely at Stefan's! He was kind and helpful. The pitch is clean and well-maintained; there is a toilet at the farm and a toilet and shower in a small Airbnb apartment that we were allowed to use. You can reach the city in about 30 minutes by bike, and the train station is also right next to the pitch. It was great, we’d love to come back!

Super friendly welcome with an aperitif. Beautiful site with great sanitary facilities and good connections for visiting Bern. There were 4 parties on the site in total, but we managed to work it out. Unfortunately, you get ripped off by Nomady when rebooking: 12 EUR!!! in fees to move the date by one week - that is the opposite of customer-friendly, especially since no one involved is at a disadvantage 6 weeks in advance.
