Communication with Wanderson was very straightforward and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by Gerd – though only after we had already set up. A truly lovely person. Upon arrival, we initially only met some long-term campers. They were quite loud, even late into the evening, but still friendly and helpful. Since we couldn't find anyone on-site at first, I had a quick call with Wanderson, which went smoothly. I had understood the previous email to mean that we should arrive at a specific time because someone would specifically be there. At first, we were a bit taken aback as the site looks like an old scrapyard at first glance. It also wasn't immediately clear where we were allowed to park or where water and electricity were available. However, everything was explained to us after a quick inquiry. Unfortunately, there are no shaded spots. The toilet is very narrow, and the door occasionally locks itself from the outside. On a positive note, however, it doesn't smell unpleasant and isn't infested with insects – provided the lid is kept closed and everyone follows this rule. The river directly opposite was the absolute highlight for us and one of the most beautiful micro-adventures we've had so far. Shady, ice-cold, and simply wonderful. The road is pleasantly quiet in the evening and at night, but you are woken up by traffic in the morning. The surrounding area is excellent for hiking and cycling. Grocery stores are also within easy reach. We were allowed to stay an hour longer, which was really cool.

Great quiet spot with a magnificent view. Very nice host. Great hikes and the train right on the doorstep. We would love to come back!

Beautiful view, friendly hosts; however, I left after 3 hours because of overly lively camper neighbors, as I was looking for peace and quiet which simply couldn't be found.

Ein wundervoller Ort direkt in der Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise und die Kommunikation war wirklich super. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Platz. Herzlichst zu empfehlen!

Very beautiful and natural camping meadow. We received a very warm welcome. Unfortunately, the composting toilet wouldn't open at first, but the host took care of it. Thank you very much.
