Das Gartenhaus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück in einem kleinen Dorf am Ortsrand 9 km entfernt von der nächsten Stadt.
Unsere Gäste sind bei einer Buchung alleine auf dem Grundstück.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es ist sehr wenig Verkehr auf der 100m entfernten Ortsstraße.
Mann kann das ruhige Landleben erleben und es ist bestens geeignet zum Entspannen.

Als Schlafmöglichkeit / Schlafplatz kann ein aufblasbares Luftbett für 2 Personen und ein kleines Sofa verwendet werden.

Ein WC befindet sich im angrenzenden Raum.
Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden (Indoor und Outdoor).
Die Ausstattung ist Vorort vorhanden und benützbar.
Als Duschmöglichkeit wäre eine Kaltwasser Outdoor-Dusche im Sommer benützbar!

Weiters wär für die Sommermonate ein Badefass vorhanden.

Kinder haben am Grundstück viel Platz zum Spielen.
Feuerstelle und Weber Griller vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft wäre ganzjährig benützbar (kann auch im Winter beheizt werden)!

Supermarkt in 5 Km bzw. 10km zu erreichen
