Cancellation
Flex
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

It was suuuuuch a great stay with Elisabeth and Kurt, truly warm and lovely people 😍🥳🎉 we went to the Hörnli outdoor pool, which was super affordable, kids were free and it had everything to offer including a wave slide 🥳🎉 Otherwise, we also visited the butterfly house on Mainau Island 😍 That was magical... We would love to come back... Very close to Lake Constance and yet so quiet outside, perfect!
