Power access

A small meadow plot (12x12m) on the edge of town, right by the forest. Here, you can pitch your tent on a cozy patch of grass behind our house. You are also more than welcome to use our large private garden. Right next to the meadow is our sanitary hut, equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower (always with hot water thanks to the boiler). A supermarket, bakery, and pizzeria are just a 5-minute walk away, and the train station can be reached in 7 minutes.

A beer garden set is available and will be set up for your arrival. Additionally, a barbecue grill can be borrowed if needed.

Super friendly hosts, a great spot with everything you need. Supermarket, bakery, and eco-pool within walking distance. Unfortunately, the street in front of the house was a bit noisy at times, but there was almost no traffic most of the time. We had no problem with it.

Super nette Gastgeber, ein schöner Spot, mit allem, was man braucht. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Ökoschwimmbad zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße vor dem Haus war leider stundenweise etwas laut, aber die meiste Zeit fast ohne Verkehr. Wir hatten kein Problem damit.

Eco-friendly swimming lake just 1 km away

Nestled on a small meadow at the edge of the village and right by the forest, you'll find our charming, lovingly self-renovated caravan. It perfectly accommodates 2 people (bed 1.20m x 1.90m), with the option for an extra bed by converting the seating area. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. If you're traveling as a larger family, you're more than welcome to pitch additional tents on the meadow to ensure everyone has plenty of space. Children are also invited to enjoy the playground in our adjacent garden.

Inside the caravan, you'll find running (cold) water in the compact bathroom and two electric hobs for cooking. Toilet and shower facilities are conveniently located just 10 meters away from the caravan.

DIY Wohnwagen auf kleiner Wiese

The eco-friendly swimming pool is just 1.5km away, while the Muldabad leisure pool is 12km from the property. You can reach the Blockline (featuring 3 cycling loops) in just 3.5km or by taking the train for three stops. For a fun day out, the summer toboggan runs in Seiffen and Altenberg are only about a 20-minute drive away.

Gravel parking space located directly at the edge of the forest. You are more than welcome to use the large adjacent garden. Electricity and a water tap (mountain spring water) are available right at the site. Drinking water can be collected from the main building. The sanitary facilities are just 30m away, featuring a toilet, sink, and hot shower. A supermarket, bakery, and pizzeria are only 350m away. Just 50m above the site, the Erzhütten hiking trail leads into the forest, providing access to the extensive local trail network and a connection to the famous Erzgebirge-Vogtland Ridge Trail.

The fire pit is located in our garden, not directly at your pitch.
