Discover our beautiful campsite located directly on our farm's meadow, right on the outskirts of Kümbdchen! Nestled beside two charming small streams and under the shade of an ancient willow tree, this spot offers ample space, even for larger groups.
Important note for winter months: Due to the risk of frost, toilets are not available during this period.
What makes this place special
Norbert about the place
- Our goats and quails are always delighted to welcome visitors and are usually just as curious about our guests as our guests are about them.
- Horse riding lessons for all levels can be booked at my sister's riding stables (approx. 800 m away).
- The huge Simmern natural outdoor pool is only about 3.5 km away and is very easy to reach via the cycle path.
- A bike park is located just a 10-minute bike ride from the property.
- If you're still full of energy in the evening or don't want to miss your morning workout, you can enjoy a thorough training session at our calisthenics station.

Just about 100 meters away, you can hop on your bike along the Schinderhannes Cycle Path. We are also located just a few hundred meters from the Schinderhannes Hiking Trail, right around the midpoint of this roughly 36 km route. With a little luck, you might even spot a family of beavers at the nearby stream.

Norbert gave us a warm welcome and we had a free choice of spots. Everything is provided and we even had our "own" toilet. Thank you very much and all the best to you for the future.
I'm so glad that my first experience with Nomady turned out to be so positive! Norbert is super friendly and accommodating, and the campsite is very cozy. Sitting down by the stream in the morning or evening is simply wonderful. We can definitely recommend this place!

Norbert is a truly top-notch host, helpful and accommodating. His daughter had a small family celebration, and our children were immediately welcomed and played with the other kids. During the recent solar eclipse, we were even able to witness the spectacle through a welding helmet provided by Norbert. The kids and we used the stream right by the tent every day until late in the evening. We had a lot of fun and plenty of peace and quiet in nature. Highly recommended!!!! We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad op deze plek. Een heerlijk ruime plek waar heel veel te doen is voor kinderen. Ze hebben genoten. Van het zwembad het beekje en de zandbak. Norbert is een geweldige host. Heel gastvrij en we mochten overal gebruik van maken.
Very, very friendly contact. You feel right at home. The children felt comfortable and were able to keep themselves busy in the garden with all the great things there. The stream is wonderful. Shower and toilet were top-notch.
Very friendly contact. Norbert helped immediately with a small problem and fixed it right away. The site is very quiet, offers shade, and has a view of a horse paddock (very relaxing). We would love to come back.
