- Rapunzel Tower - former machine tower of the mining operations - today a viewing tower with a WOW sunset and a great picnic spot - approx. 2km via hiking trails

If you've always dreamed of spending a night in a forest wagon surrounded by nature, then this is the perfect spot for you! Our converted forest wagon is nestled in a meadow right at the edge of the woods.

Wake up to the sweet symphony of birdsong and the breathtaking beauty of the rising sun! Campfire romance is absolutely included! Even though the forest wagon is equipped with everything you could possibly need, you definitely won't want to miss out on a cozy campfire with delicious stick bread.

The forest wagon is located at Trekkingcamp Wildenbachtal, which offers a total of up to three tent pitches. If you rent the forest wagon, you can add up to two additional tents. Please specify this when making your booking!

When you book, you'll always have the entire site exclusively to yourselves. We never double-book!

The Forester's Wagon offers you the following amenities:

- Permanently installed gas stove with two burners
- A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, which can be operated with both electricity and gas
- A bed that can also be used as a couch and easily converts into a double bed (two mattresses are provided!)
- A fold-out table and two chairs
- Two deck chairs
- Portable gas heater (not included in the price - gas cartridge must be purchased on site)
- Power supply via a 500-watt solar generator and a portable solar system
- Sockets and USB charging ports
- Ambient lighting with Bluetooth speakers

The small kitchen is equipped with the following:
- Dishes (plates, cutlery, cups)
- Kitchen utensils
- Small pan and pots
- Hand wash basin for washing up

In addition to the well-equipped Forester's Wagon, you'll have access to the natural meadow:

- Barbecue area (fire bowl with grill grate)
- Bench/table combination
- Washing facilities: there are 5 liters of water in the Forester's Wagon, and another 10 liters of water are available outside
- Dry/composting toilet in a separate cabin
- Wood for self-collection
- Charcoal can be purchased at the camp

In the hut, you'll find additional trekking equipment for rent or purchase (tarp, two-person tent, sleeping mat, chairs, table, stove, cups, firelighters, lighters, etc.).

A tarp can be attached to the hut. This allows you to cover the forecourt and the permanently installed bench/table combination.

At the Christmann farm shop, you'll find everything a hiker's heart desires—from fresh fruit and vegetables to home-made sausages, jams, honey, and cheese, as well as a variety of baked goods (Wed & Fri 3 pm–6 pm, Sat 7 am–12 pm, Eifelstraße 22).

Baked goods, meats, and daily essentials are also available at the Roth Butchery (Kreuznacher Straße 14).

For shopping around the clock, visit the 'Feilbingerter GenussBox.' This vending machine is located in the center of Feilbingert and is stocked with many local products! You can also scan the QR code in the forest wagon to see the latest selection!

In the immediate vicinity, you'll discover abundant forests, as well as orchards, horses, sheep, donkeys, and even alpacas! Perched on a small hill, just 100m from the camp ⛺️, you'll find a fantastic viewpoint with a bench, guaranteeing a romantic sunrise! The Silbersee (Silver Lake), though not suitable for swimming, is only 1km away and easily reachable on foot.
