Spend the night in our lovingly converted Vagabond Suite at Casa Vignaccia in Lottigna – right in the heart of nature in the beautiful Blenio Valley. The trailer contains two beds side by side. With an additional wooden element, they can be joined together to create a generous shared sleeping area. This makes the sleeping area – depending on space requirements – also suitable for a small family with younger children. The trailer has a small kitchen as well as its own shower and toilet (composting toilet). Around Casa Vignaccia you'll find plenty of nature and tranquillity, and you can explore the Blenio Valley directly from here. Dogs are also warmly welcome with us. The natural surroundings are wonderful for walks and outings with your four-legged friend. If you'd like to treat yourself to some extra relaxation, you can book our sauna separately, subject to availability.

Notes on the facilities

The lovingly converted trailer features a small kitchen, its own shower, and a composting toilet. Additionally, our guests have access to a regular WC at Casa Vignaccia, about 100 meters from the trailer. Heating is also available. Around Casa Vignaccia, there are various cozy seating areas with a picnic table and a covered lounge area. A washing machine is available for a fee. Sauna & Wellness Enjoy a relaxing break in our cozy wooden sauna made of regional Swiss pine. Our wellness area is exclusively available to you upon prior reservation. Duration: 90 minutes Price: CHF 30 per person Bookable: from 2 people, maximum 6 people Use is by prior reservation and subject to availability. Dogs are warmly welcome. Families with children are also welcome – there is plenty of nature and space to explore around Casa Vignaccia.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Please be considerate of other guests and our neighborhood. We ask for quiet during the night.

Dogs are very welcome. Please be considerate of other guests and keep the grounds clean. Of course, you must pick up after your dog.

Please separate your waste into the designated and labeled bins. Please dispose of glass, aluminum, and cardboard separately.

The kitchen is available for your use. Please leave dishes and kitchen utensils clean after use and put them back.

Please treat nature, the property, and the facilities with care and leave the place as you would like to find it.

Notes

A composting toilet is available right next to the trailer. Additionally, a regular WC is located at Casa Vignaccia, about 100 meters away.

In the converted trailer, you have your own shower available.

Our sauna can be reserved exclusively for 90 minutes subject to availability for an additional fee. The sauna area also features a wooden hot tub.

If you wish, you can book our early bird breakfast as an add-on. There are three breakfast options to choose from.

Dogs are explicitly welcome with us. Around Casa Vignaccia, there are beautiful opportunities for walks in nature.

The trailer is heated and can also be used in winter. In case of snow, please check the current road conditions.

In the nearby area, you'll find restaurants, grottos, cafés, and shopping options. In Acquarossa and the surrounding villages, you can stock up on all your daily necessities and discover the regional Ticino cuisine.

Casa Vignaccia is situated in a peaceful, natural setting in the beautiful Blenio Valley. Surrounded by meadows, forests, mountains, and the river, it is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and excursions – or simply to enjoy the tranquility and the nature of Ticino.

Directly from Casa Vignaccia, you can discover the beautiful Blenio Valley on foot or by bike. In the surrounding area, there are numerous hiking and biking trails as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, and climbing – ideal for active days amidst the Ticino nature.

In winter, the Blenio Valley offers many opportunities: skiing and winter hiking at Nara, cross-country skiing in Campra, as well as snowshoeing, sledding, and ski touring in the region. Depending on snow conditions, there are options for cozy winter days as well as for sporty guests.
