- The Wachau region, with its numerous sport climbing spots, castle ruins, Danube beaches, and traditional "Heuriger" wine taverns, is about 25 minutes away.

- The "Römerweg 651" long-distance hiking trail is located about a 10-minute walk from our house.

- In the nearby village of Bischofstetten, you will find a playground, a local grocery store, the Steinleitnalm (a recreation area featuring a bee house, a scenic pond landscape with 5 biotopes, grazing cattle and sheep, seating areas, and a self-service fridge stocked with fresh farm products), as well as the "Krumpe" cycle path—a family-friendly bike route from Mank to St. Margarethen an der Sierning.

- Swimming options are available at the Kilb outdoor pool or Lake Ebersdorf (Ebersdorfer See)—both about a 10-minute drive away.

- The nearest 3D archery courses are located in Pottenbrunn or Mank.

Power access

Our property is a traditional four-sided farmhouse (Vierkanter) located in the Mostviertel region between Melk and St. Pölten. Because many of our animals roam freely outdoors, we kindly ask you not to bring dogs and to drive at a moderate speed upon arrival. Please only feed the animals with prior consultation.

Due to its limited size, the pitch can accommodate only one vehicle/guest. It is located on the plateau between the courtyard gate and the south-facing front door—right next to the large linden tree. An electricity hookup is available and you are welcome to use it; however, heating your vehicle with this electricity is not permitted.

Chemical toilet disposal is gladly permitted at the designated disposal point. Fresh drinking water is also available.
