Our campsite is situated directly on the banks of the Danube, offering stunning views of the Aggstein castle ruins, and is widely considered one of the most beautiful spots in the Wachau region. Right on-site, you will find our newly built 'Genussterrasse' restaurant with a terrace overlooking the river. The lower level of the restaurant houses state-of-the-art shower and toilet facilities.

Die Gemeinde Aggsbach-Markt liegt in der Wachau. Neben den bekannten Wachauer Marillen und den Weinterrassen wurde hier auch einer der ältesten Artekakte der Menschheit gefunden - die Venus von Willendorf (ca. 30.000 Jahre alt).

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Nassräume waren, trotz eines großen Festes direkt am Platz, sehr sauber. Respekt an die Gemeinde die diesen tollen Platz so in Schuss hält.
Campingplatz war gut, für nicht Digital Natives Buchung anstrengend ohne High Speed Internet nicht möglich
