Direkt am Grundstück entlang verläuft der Wanderweg Vital Weg. In Simmertal ist ein Netto, ein Metzger, ein Biergarten mit leckerem Essen und ein Restaurant und eine Kneipe. In Bad Sobernheim ca 15 km entfernt befindet sich ein Barfußfad das Freilichtmuseum, ein Freibad und diverse Restaurants. Auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In Kirn auch ca. 15 km entfernt befindet sich noch ein Freibad, Restaurants usw.. Auch kann man von uns aus den Soonwaldsteig bewandert. Hier gibt es auch leckeren Nahewein, direkt von den Winzern. Auf dem Grundstück im Wald mit Wiese biete ich Platz für 3 Familienzelte oder natürlich kleine Zelte in Alleinlage. Hier sind Kinder und Hunde (an der Leine)herzlich Willkommen. Es können bis zu drei Familien als Gruppe bei uns Urlaub machen. Der Boden ist Wiese, man sollte aber ordentliche Heringe dabei haben (Steine im Boden). Der Platz ist über einen geteerten Weg zu erreichen unweit von der L230.

Eine Komposttoilette ist vorhanden, bitte Toilettenpapier mitbringen.
Dann haben wir einen Brunnen vor Ort. Gegen Gebühr können wir auch Trinkwasser bereit stellen. Feuerstelle  mit Grillrost ist vorhanden aber abhängig von Trockenheit zu nutzen. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische, Internetempfang ist sehr schwach. Spielgelegenheiten (Baumhaus,Pferdekutsche und Sandkasten) für Kinder sind auch vorhanden und auf eigene Gefahr zu benutzen. Ein Teil des alten Pferdestalls dient als Aufenthaltsraum und eine selbstgebaute Campingküche steht dort auch für euch bereit. Müllentsorgung gegen Gebühr.

2km vom Grundstück entfernt befindet sich  in Simmertal ein Netto Supermarkt, ein Biergarten( leckeres Essen) eine Kneipe und auch ein Metzger. 

Ich reise sehr gerne mit meiner Familie. Wir sind mit einem Familienzelt oder dem Wohnwagen unterwegs und auch sehr gerne auf unserem eigenen Grundstück mit und ohne Zelt.
