The Erlaufboden campsite is nestled in a peaceful location right on the banks of the Erlauf River. Due to limited internet connectivity at the parking area, we kindly ask our guests to complete their bookings before arrival. This ensures a smooth check-in so you can start relaxing immediately without any technical hiccups. Parking tickets for your vehicle can be purchased at the on-site ticket machine. A restaurant is within walking distance (please check opening hours!). No drinking water. No electricity. PLEASE NOTE: Due to current dry conditions, open campfires are strictly prohibited by local authorities (JULY/AUGUST 2026). Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM!

The location was beautiful, the toilets were super clean, and we will definitely be back. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded and, because of our late arrival, we had to split up instead of being able to camp all together. Either I misunderstood the 5 spots listed on Nomady, or there were people camping there without a booking. That was definitely a shame.

Simple spot in the middle of wonderful nature. Highly recommended for anyone who just wants to be out in nature.

Great spot for staying overnight and hiking in the Ötschergräben. The toilet doors warp a bit when it gets warmer, making the lock a bit stiff. This wasn't an issue for men, but I had to rescue my girlfriend after she couldn't unlock it without extreme effort. We'd love to come back anytime; the lock problem just made the whole experience even funnier for us!
